Sony Press Conference Live at CES 2013 - Las Vegas

Sorry for not being there fr a long time. Been busy lately, but i have been covering all the stuff from CES 2013
Samsung is clearly the master in CES event. The king of Innovations. But Even Sony hasn't left out. Sony has come out with a BANG
yes, Sony Launched its new Flagship Device Xperia Z and ZL which were leaked long ago and have been true. The leaked images were indeed the new Xperia Z and ZL
Where as Samsung there is just basking in the glory of its AMOLED screens and OLED tv.
The main attraction of samsung in CES 2013 are its Television sets. Not Televisions, Smart televisions.

So lets talk about Sony first.

This is the latest Sony Xperia Z Flagship device of Sony.

The 4G-capable Sony Xperia Z features a 5in full HD 1080p display, a 13-megapixel camera and comes wrapped in a water and dust-resistant finish.

The phone is just 7.9mm thick, only 0.3mm thicker than Apple's iPhone 5. While the 5" screen makes it 3mm taller than the 4.8in-sized Samsung Galaxy S III, it's only 0.3mm wider.

The Sony Xperia Z is also dust and water resistant, rated at IP55 and IP57 standards. The water resistant capabilities mean all ports are covered with flaps

After only 9 months releasing the Galaxy S III Samsung is planning to release the Galaxy S IV at MWC 2013 in Barcelona,company officials and its local part suppliers told  The Korea Times on Sunday.
We of SamMobile think that this is really strange because the Galaxy S III is still selling like hot cakes.
A company official who wants to stay anonymous told ZDNET Asia that it is ready to unveil the Galaxy S IV Februari next year, and then the new device is expected to hit the stores globally a month later.
Samsung released this Timetable 3 days after Apple revealed their iPhone 5 which got mixed feelings by many people and techsites for lacking groundbreaking and innovating features.
The new Galaxy is expected to be Samsung’s most powerful handset in terms of hardware specifications and software advancement till date, the official said.
He also said that it will only use Exynos SOC’s instead of Snapdragon and Exynos like how it now is depending in which country you live. He also said it will use LTE definitely. The screen size of the S IV is expected to increase to 5 inches and will be a OLED ,the official said.
“Samsung wants to keep its one-year product schedule and the Galaxy S IV will be the first to match that strategy. The Galaxy S IV will see some external changes but retain its popular rectangular shape with rounded corner concept,” an official from one of Samsung’s local partners told The Korea Times
